7. order off gas, air compressor, cathode lamp. Reset knob, turn off light multiplier tube negative high voltage power supply, total power supply.

8. wipe the burn seam with filter paper.

9. cleaning instrument, reset, fill in the instrument usage record.

Click on empty burn three times, click to start measuring. After measuring, turn off argon, cooling water, graphite furnace power and turn off the main engine.
