Switch device of fixed light source (patented technology)

The switch device of fixed light source was invented by Sir. The replacement of element lamp was realized by rotating optical device, which overcame the damage caused to low melting point light source by mechanical rotating disc lamp holder in the rotation process, and effectively improved the service life of element light source.

The power and stability of the instrument can be improved by eliminating aberration effect.

Designed with extra capacity, it can be equipped with 8 element lamps, one deuterium lamp and one tungsten lamp at the same time, which is convenient for detection.

Pure titanium flame atomizer

The thermal area of the grid-cooled pure titanium burner is increased, the balance temperature of the burner is reduced, and the influence of high-salt and high-alkali samples on the next test is effectively alleviated. Titanium has better corrosion resistance than stainless steel, which can effectively prolong the service life of burner.

The injection tube of the indium platinum-iridium alloy atomizer adopts the platinum-iridium alloy material with strong corrosion resistance, which can guarantee that it will not be damaged in the long-term measurement of strong corrosion samples and maintain the sensitivity of the instrument.

The pure titanium premix chamber of the blank tangential intake structure utilizes aerodynamic principles to introduce the gas from the annular tangent of the premix chamber. The eddy current formed makes the mixture of the sample, gas and auxiliary gas more uniform, which is conducive to improving the detection accuracy of the instrument.
